Public Works Department

The Round Lake Park Public Works Department is responsible for the operation, construction, maintenance and repair of public works, streets, utilities, parks and related facilities within the Village.  Some of the activities of the department include:

• Grading, patching, mowing, snowplowing, building and re-surfacing of streets
• Maintenance, reconstruction and cleaning of streets and sidewalks
• Daily and monthly monitoring of pumping stations and wells to assure compliance with E.P.A requirements
• Maintenance of park grounds, playground equipment and related mechanical equipment
• Maintenance and repairs of storm drainage facilities, retaining walls and recreation areas
